Why this matters to us.
We are still on our fertility journey, and it continues to shape and inspire why this work means so much to both of us. Through our own experiences, we’ve gained a deeply personal understanding of these processes, and we carry that with us in everything we do. What we offer is what you deserve: care that is clear, compassionate, supportive, and truly accessible.
Whether you are just beginning your journey or have been searching for answers for years, we are here to walk alongside you -- with honest guidance, compassionate care, and a plan that makes sense for your life.
Our Story.
Epoch Health was born out of personal experience.
We have both navigated infertility, weight fluctuations, and hormone imbalances — and we understand firsthand how frustrating and isolating that journey can be.
During our IVF experience, one of the most difficult challenges wasn't just the process itself, but the lack of consistent, supportive care. Many programs felt out of reach financially, and it was often difficult to find guidance that looked at the full picture of health.
We found ourselves asking:
-
Why is this so hard to access?
-
Why does care feel so fragmented?
-
Why aren’t we addressing the underlying factors that actually matter?
Our Vision.
We created Epoch Health to be the kind of care we needed.
A place where patients can:
-
Feel heard and supported
-
Understand what’s happening in their bodies
-
Receive clear, evidence-based guidance
-
Have access to ongoing care — not just one-time visits
We intentionally designed our model to be:
-
Accessible — with pricing comparable to a monthly membership
-
Convenient — through telehealth that fits real schedules
-
Thoughtful — focused on root causes, not just symptoms
Who we are.
Tenisha Greunke, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner | Clinical Director | The EPOCH NP
Tenisha is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University.
Her path into Healthcare was built step-by-step -- beginning as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, then advancing through her Associate Degree in Nursing from Tyler Junior College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capella University, and ultimately her Nurse Practitioner training.
This foundation has shaped how she practices today:
-
Thoughful
-
Patient-centered
-
Grounded in both clinical knowledge and real-world experience
Tenisha has a special interest in metabolic health, hormone optimization, and fertility support, with a focus on understanding the root causes behind symptoms rather than simply treating them in isolation.
Outside her clinical work, she enjoys spending time outdoors -- hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing -- as well as cooking, baking, and meal prepping for her family. She also loves getting lost in a good (usually fantasy) book and is always learning new ways to help those around her live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
